Shipping policy
We ship our products via Canada Post, and other carriers, on checkout you have options on which service.
Canadian orders come with tracking with the exception of item that are listed as "free no tracking".
USA orders typically Tracked Packet is chosen, it comes with tracking. Should you choose the Small Packet it comes with no tracking, and it takes longer, with the possibilities of great delays. Please choose wisely to avoid disappointment. We are not responsible for delays at customs.
International Customers, the same applies for USA customers.
When your item has shipped we are not responsible for any delays that may occur, please keep that in mind.
